When can I check in and out?
Check-in is imagined from 3 pm; checkout is by 11 am. Early arrivals and late departures would be subject to availability. This demo cannot make requests or issue room access.
What is included in a room rate?
Wi-Fi, coffee, filtered water and use of the lounge. Breakfast is separate. Room rates are USD, before 12% room tax and a $12 per-room nightly fee. There is no additional resort fee. All totals are itemized before the demo itinerary.
What are the cancellation terms?
Illustrative flexible policy: cancellation without charge until 3 pm local hotel time two days before arrival; later cancellation or no-show would incur the first night plus its tax and fee. Nothing can actually be booked or cancelled here.
Is the house accessible?
The fictional design includes step-free entrance, lift access and accessible public restrooms. Accessible room fittings and specific needs cannot be verified or requested in this demo. Do not rely on this site for real access arrangements.
Are children welcome?
Yes in the imagined hotel. All ages count toward capacity: Queen and King rooms sleep 2; Suites sleep 4 including the sofa bed. No extra beds or cots are included in this demonstration.
Can I bring a pet?
The sample policy permits assistance animals throughout and no other pets. No real accommodations or policies are provided by this website.
What about parking and transport?
Willow Quay is fictional. There are no real driving directions, transport stops or parking spaces. An imagined nearby public garage is not included in room rates.
Is smoking allowed?
All rooms and indoor public areas are imagined as non-smoking. Quiet hours are 10 pm–7 am.
How do events work?
Choose a venue and a layout within its capacity. Sample estimates add catering, optional services, a 10% service charge and 12% tax on subtotal plus service charge. No date is held. Outdoor events need an indoor weather backup.
What happens to my information?
The site collects no names, email addresses, card details or inquiry messages. Choices are calculated in your browser and may appear in the URL. No cookies, local storage, payments or booking backend are used.
